Spyderco ATR? Technically its a compression framelock tho. Some made in USA some in Japan. Not in production anymore, but can be found. Kinda spendy.

Spyderco has very few USA models in the ballpark, I've been buggin Sal for years about this.
I actually just double checked, not a wire clip at all. Normal spyderco clip. Not srue where its going to be made though..
