Hey guys, a while back in one of the endless WSK threads there was a picture of a square tipped WSK. Beside that knife was a small neck knife- IIRC emerson rings a bell but I cant find it. What made it unique was, it was short but the blade width was thick and the point was a unique grind that I can only bastardly call a "nail" type point. Anyone got any ideas? And I've already scrubbed the archives with no success. Thanks!! in advance!

Was it this, a Rat Cutlery "Izula"?

:confused:Nope, shorter like a three finger and the blade was wider than long. I HATE being this vague...I'm sorry but it's bugging me to the point where there are 500 posts on WSKs and I'm rootn through all of them. The closest I can come to it is the Strider SSCL and a RAK- I might scetch it up and post it

Kiahs YOU'RE THE MAN! That's the exact picture I was talking about. Now what are they and who makes em? Thank you sooo much :D

Well, now don't I feel sheepish :p Now the question is, after I went to Jensen's website it doesn't look like that sort of knife is necessarily where he's going at present. Short of me getting some 01 tool steel and trying it myself, anyone know someone that does similar work?

No need to feel sheepish.:D I would talk to makers on our own forums, like Mark Terrell and NWA, and Daniel Koster. Take a look around here and see if you can't find someone to work with you.;)
