Finding 440 C bar stock

One of my customers is looking for 440 C bar stock 3/8" thick and at least 1 1/8" wide and it can be either hot or cold rolled. All of their previous suppliers no longer handle that metal. I have molds for the parts he wants and I have contacted all of the investment foundries I use and none of them have poured any in 10 or more years. The weight of his parts is only 30 to 40 lb so the casters are just not interested in that small a pour. Any one have any ideas ? Thanks
