Anyone know where I can find a good, economical Persian Fighter?

Try John Greco, he makes some very good using knives at a very reasonable price. Your best bet would be to call him direct and pick up a catalog.

You're forgiven, by the way Persia doesn't exist anymore, it is now Iran, and the food is terrible.
