I'm not sure I quite understand your question. Regular Sebenzas have the blade fully stonewashe. Blades of any kind of decorated Sebenza(unique, CGG, Wood Inlay) all have a polished hollowgrind but the flats of the blade are stonewashed, giving an interesting contrast.
The finish on the handles varies according to the style of knife - the handle on regular Sebenzas is beadblasted all over, on the decorated models it it polished on the front and beadblasted on the back, and with wood inlays, this is beadblasted on the locking bar.
