This is a Victorinox Climber that I bought for the purpose of modifying. The scales are antler carved bone, I couldn’t find any Sanbar Stag in 91mm lenght but for a $20 knife I think this looks OK :)

My new every day carry.

Beautiful! How long did that take?

Not too long, one of the scales I cut a little large so I spent some time filing down that side, I used the stock scales as the pattern. I didn’t route out the tweezers or tooth pick channel. I guess maybe 3 or 4 hours spread out over the last 6 days. I cut one scale a day at work during lunch break. I didn’t work on it over the weekend. Monday I lined up the scales and drilled for the 4 bushings/rivets on each side, then started filing down to a pencil line. Yesterday I glued on the scales and still have a little more filing and sanding and it’ll be complete.
