Gib that looks great! That inlay is cool, wish I had the know-how on that. I dig the filework too, it's a pattern I use all the time - like 98% of my filework :) - and I call it "Bones." My buddy calls it Grateful Dead filework, for the same reason I guess. (Well, and because I call my studio "Beggar's Tomb" - the Dead go well with knifemaking and about anything else. :) ) I use a square file in between the cups. It's a great pattern that goes quickly and is easy to keep symetrical. But you've pulled it off better than I usually do!

Like that big honkin blade too! :D

Dave, Turquoise chip inlay is easy to do, just cut a grove and fill with chips then cover with super glue when set up work down. you can get the chips at Rio Grande.
On the file work I used a round file and it worked better. Glad you like it. Gib
