finished W1 wakizashi

AWWWWWWESSOME!!! did you hand polish the hamon out Chris or is it etched and polished? Now you gotta make the KATANA!

*grins* thanks guys,
i am pretty excited. the hamon was polished, etched and then polished again. sadly i dont have the skill to do stone polishing yet. i am hoping to try Jesus hernadez's hybrid polish method. it gives the blade a much more "stone polish" look

sadly though, i am kidna stuck at wakizashi size becassue of my HT forge. but i am hoping to nail a few waks down before i make a better forge. tha way when i CAN make a katana.. it wil be worth looking at.
