Hey everyone. The name is Jimbob. I recently got my shop stood up and have been putting some serious work into my 1st knife. I would really appreciate any help yall can give when it comes to filing the spine.
The theme of the knife is water...so i am looking for a water themed file design with a how to. I plan to place it along the bottom half of the spine.
It will be 5160 from nj steel. For the handle it will be cocabolo stacked with stainless, black g10 (home made), and blue/turquoise marbalized acrylic. I hope it looks as good in yalls minds as it does in mine.
Anyways, thank you guys. This forum has been such a help to me in my learning process. I would love to post some pictures on here but i cannot seem to figure out how. I attached the link to my fb account where its posted below...its the pencilled stencil and steel, not the aluminum with crappy beveling hahaha. If this isnt allowed i sincerely appologize and will remove it. Please just let me know.
