I call this my sidekick model. The knife can be worn front, back or either side as shown below. I also wear this style knife in the vertical position on my chest wader suspenders when out fishing. Great knives for hiking or camping trips.

The sheath is tooled on both side.

love the knife and sheath if I hadn't had to replace the fuel pump on my car(see my rant in W&C) I would get this.
 
Wow! I like everything about this blade. The damascus pattern is insane! The burl is excellent as well. The brass fittings are classic.
