Fire extinguishers carried on person

There's a case history in the new Krav Maga book on defense against armed attackers where a 1-day seminar student was advised to carry a fire extinguisher since OC/CS gas was prohibited in her area; apparently she had to make use of the extinguisher not long after the class.
