Outside of N America is extra and at buyers responsibility. Two tone blade this is the cheapest you will ever find one and I'm selling it @ a huge loss. No offers no trades no price reductions. It is in great great condition just a small rub mark on one side of the blade as it was rubbing off centered when it arrived to me but I fixed it. Perfect lock up and centering now.
