My financial situation dictates that I try and sell this, even though my heart says no. I've priced it right as I'm looking for a quick sale within the next 3 days or so.

As quoted from Walter's site:

"W2 Hitatsura. This exciting blade, featuring a wild hitatsura hamon, was forged from W2 steel, which has recently become a favorite steel of mine. One special note about this blade is that it is featured in an instructional video I've been shooting called, "HOW TO MAKE HAMONS." (Soon to be available on my site.) I get a lot of questions from other smiths about how I make my hamons...so this video is designed to provide answers to common questions and problems. As such, this blade was designed to demonstrate some of the more advanced and interesting techniques that I know. The blade is about thirteen inches, putting it on the borderline between wakizashi and tanto. It's stuffed with activity including tobiyaki, muneyaki, various kinds of ashi and utsuri."

I commissioned formal aikuchi fittings for the blade - see the details - waisted tsuka with white rayskin wrap, buffalo horn fittings, with a black piano lacquer saya (the pics are pre-lacquer), meteorshower / rainshower habaki.

hmmm....no one?

I will entertain a partial trade of a double zero ground RJ Martin Wasabi in S30v with at least a 4inch blade + withdrawn....

withdrawn due to lack of interest....I've left the pictures up as they are beautiful...
