Here's how it works for me.
Click on the link and wait until the document downloads ("Done").
Wait a second or two.
CLick on the "go" button at the lower left of the "screen" marked witha triangle.
Wait for document to buffer (longer if you're dial-up, as I am.
). Video will play automatically when buffering is complete and replay each time the "go" button is pushed.
(Incidently, toilet paper lights for me with no preparation. I just scrape the sparks down onto it. Maybe TP in the UK is different.)

Very cool technique.
I believe there was a previous post about using toilet paper. I tried that, and it worked like a charm.
