the only bonsai i want to bring over is on the prohibited import list...apparently it can harbor a disease that isn't in the US yet, i'd rather sell it to someone that will look after it well then possibly bring over something which will affect local plants for years to come.

If i'd done more traditional bonsai species it probably wouldn't have been an issue...at worst it would of sat in quarantine a little while until cleared.
