I have used monkey butt powder--good stuff. What's special about the salve?

Supposed to heal cracks and small cuts faster. Used on Cow udders I believe.

Keep an eye out for Badger Balm. More for abused skin than wounds. It works.

I have just about every Badger balm made, it works great. I use generic Gold bond powder, for keeping rash away & for foot powder.

I'm a big fan of the Anti Monkeybutt powder. A sweaty 12 hour shift with regular baby powder is like having sand in your drawers(Why are you walking like a cowboy?). The monkeybutt has some kind of "anti-friction" ingredient in it. Works great, and doesn't smell like a baby. The only problem I've found is that leaves faint pink stains in white undies. Good thing my undies are all stained anyway.

I almost always bring Gold Bond powder with me backpacking.

I've used the JR Watkins Menthol Camphor salve and it is almost a wonder drug.
It seems to work even better than Vicks Vap-o-rub.

My wife bought me some of the Anti Monkeybutt Powder.
I regularly used Gold Bond but this stuff, when I can find it, may replace the tried and true Gold Bond for those especially sticky South Carolina summers.
