First attemp at carving steel

Here is my first attempt at carving steel its made from 1095&15N20 with a three in. blade and 6 in. o.a.l.

very nice......as said previously...the matching handle/sheath pattern is a nice touch.
 
That is really NICE!
You almost have a caduceus there. I'll bet there are Doc's out there who
would pay good money for a knife carved with one!!
 
That is just plain awesome. Beautiful, first attempt or not. I love the matching sheath as well.

Excellent !! Here's another way if you don't like carving, one I'm getting from J.A.Loose.

Thanks guys! Mete that's what i do like about making these knives is the carving it gives me some quiet time to just sit at my bench and play. I seen those from J.A.L. and they are beautifull.

I really liked looking at the first 2 pictures, and when I opened the 3rd pic, I really really liked what I saw. :thumbup: Great job.
