Yeah, I love this knife. Mine has gone with me practically everywhere... From making fuzzsticks to saltwater bait knife(oil liberally), and it has lead me on a few adventures itself. Please keep us posted on where yours takes you! Always be sure to know when you're having fun.

Great choice on the 16. My wife pretty much layed claim to my first 16 upon arrival so I searched for a pre-loved one and got a great deal on one with a kydex sheath and a 14 for $65 shipped! Just got it Thursday...
They were both a bit rough cosmetically from halfassed strip jobs and just bad upkeep. Under all that were 2 beautiful Beckers! After some cleanup and Sriracha patina, they're ready!

awesome deal for all that - do you know who made the kydex?
 
The 16 is the shit! The more I use mine, the more I appreciate it. My ESEE 4 sits in the safe now. I look at slightly smaller, and slightly bigger knives to buy, (Because I can)...But when I really think about it, the 16 does everything a blade in this size range as good, or better, than any other knife. You did right by getting one, ENJOY!

I'm in Knoxville. I am normally off Fri, Sat, Sun. While I don't drink coffee (I know, it's anti-Amercian) I'd be more than happy to have a cup of something wherever you'd like to meet in east TN. Best place to get in touch is my username at gmail.
