First Becker on the way / BK2

I have my first Becker on the way to me. I ordered the Bk2 Companion after reading many reviews and watching a lot of review videos. Part of the reason I settled on the Becker was the Ka Bar connection. I sent in an old Ka Bar that had a loose hand guard a week or so back. I have a new or repaired knife due in today from them. I like that kind of customer service.

Congratulation on the new BK-2. I can't think of a knife that I like, or depend on, more than the BK-2.

Ethan Becker is one of the worlds best knife designers, and KA-BAR is one of the premier manufactures: it's a marriage made in heaven.

You already know about KA-BAR's outstanding customer service, so enough said.

Congratulations on the knife purchase. Just wait until you hold the BK2 for the first time. The reviews really can't do it total justice. It's even more impressive than it seems. You won't regret it.
 
In your previous post I mentioned mixed feelings on a retailer. It was KA-BAR's customer service that turned a bad experience into a good one. You made an excellent choice going with a KA-BAR knife!
 
The BK2 was my first Becker also.

What a great knife.

You can do anything to that knife and it'll ask for more.

It just wants to work.

Thanks. I can't wait. Luckily I have a Tops/Buck CSAR-T due in today to keep me occupied.

Thanks. I'm glad Ka Bar resolved your issue. I did get a call confirming my order and that the BK 2 was in stock.

That is probably my next purchase. I was initially looking at the BK 7 and decided it was a tweener. So BK 2 and add the BK 9 seemed to make since. Who knows, I may add the tweener later.
