First Big knife and it's a Koster.

I have had this for a little while now and remembered I have not posted pics. Here is my Dan Koster Survivor along with it's new companion bushcraft

This is my first large knife and to my suprise it balanced right at the ring. I figured with that much steel it would be really heavy up front.

The problem now is coming up with a Kydex Piggyback rig for these two.

I wanted to see if this could take the place of a small axe during the warmer months.
10" in front of the handle scales and 9" of sharpened sweetness. I think it will "getrdone";)

I am thinking about sending ot to Siguy to have him convex the edge. (Kinda like an axe):D
 
How do you like the finger hole?

Overall, it looks like on hell of a serious blade.
