It is had enough if there was an urgent care open today I'd go.... lol.

Worst part is, I was stone cold sober. First beer after a long night shift. I think that is the part that pisses me off the most. Lol

Trying to picture how you managed to cut yourself like that opening a beer?

Edge under crown rim, applied upward pressure, then it broke loose unexpectedly and the tip gouged ya? Is that close to how it went down?

Dad's a corpsman.....

All the hospital will do is give me lidocaine and stich it up. No tendons were cut, no major bleed problems, and no loss of function in general.

Also, I hate needles. And it's only my left hand. Still got the right

I get them often...... for good reason.

Spine under, it didn't break loose easily like it does 99.99% of the time. When it broke loose I tried getting controll like an idiot. Ended up bringing the knife too me after the cap came off, and just "hitting" the knife against my knuckles.

Doesn't help I strop my knives out of boredom.

ok then! So someone with first aid training took a look at it. That's a relief.

when I got bit I used my own judgement and superglue. Glad you got the ok from someone who knows what's going on.

Have one for me today.

Well, due to my lifestyle, and lufe choices, my dad has taught me how to patch myself up.

I know when to evolve a professional...... and this one? I would have if there was an urgent care clinic open nearby. I aint going to the er for stitches.

3 personal bouts with MRSA, and extensive wound care on myself and others. But whenever I get injured the first question is ROM, with, and without resistance.
