First BK&T on the way!

Yeah, the laser etched one are etch pretty deep, so even with the finish gone you'll still be able to see it.
 
My BK7 came today and I'm impressed! I'll have to do a side by side chop,split, whittle, and slice with my BK2,7 and 9 now. It balances very nicely, with more length and less weight than the BK2 and (maybe) enough length to crowd the BK9's performance. Yeah, it's not as thick as the BK2, but I seriously doubt there's much risk of breaking it unless I intentionally try to, and I'd probably tap out from exhaustion before getting there. I've got a safe queen Camillus BK7 that I've never played with it. This new BK7 is going to get lots of fresh air and beautiful scenery. :) BTW, it's got a stamped tang also.
