First build. Critique welcomed

Hi,
This is my first build. I was told to post it here, so here we go.
It's made of O1 steel, red fiber liners, brass pins and mahogany scales.
Had to redo almost everything. Heat treat, scales, you name it. But especially the hand sand finish gave me a lot of trouble. Any tips and tricks are welcomed!

@Schultan: an easy way to get great lighting is to shoot outside in the day time--if it's overcast you're good to go, and if it's sunny just shoot in the shade to get great results as well.

Realistically, it looks like a very usable knife (from what I can see). Stick to making stuff that isn’t all tactical and impractical, perfect your designs and heat treat, focus on the small details, and you can makes some fine knives I’m sure.

Nice wharnie. The fit and finish is impressive for your first knife, it looks better than my current work!
