...I really dont want the coated blade though,i think its going to look like crap(im not able to grind it all off later myself) after i use it for years and I have heard you CANNOT get the R6 in satin.....

Yeee Haww!!! Just placed my order! Trissy got back to me and said they ARE NOW OFFERING the r6 in satin!
I decided to go with the R6 top guard removed,satin finish,and blue and black handle! I said if they offered handle spacers to add those....
I am sure by summer I will order an off the shelf ratmandu,as i am now convinced the handle is fine....I am really excited and thank everyone for helping me on this! I will return with pictures when it arrives!! thanks again
With satin blade SR-101 might be prone to rusting, and leather can retain moisture for quite a while.
If you're not sure about tek-loks, you can get the Esee drop loop/backing and ask the kydex bender to set the sheath for it.
