MT_hangglider, that is very nice work. Carving is an art that I've tried many times, but never mastered. I was actually better at it when I was 13 years old. Now with old shaky hands and bad eyesight, I feel like a handicap beginner.
The only suggestion I could make is to maybe spend a little time with a modeling tool along the bevel lines. Smoothing out the bevel stamps is something that can be done pretty much any time down the road, but will make your excellent work even more fantastic. For me, I usually spend a lot of time on cleanup when I can. I prefer almost re-beveling with smaller stamp movements and rapid but very light mallet taps. This can help smooth out the stamping marks and require less modeling. But you probably have hours of just bevel stampings in that art. I envy your patience and dedication.
Keep showing your work. I really enjoy it.
