First Chef's knife done at last

Oh well, that didn't go quite according to plan :confused:

My wife kept asking why I was giving it away... Anyway it's now in our knife block and I used it for the first time last weekend. Very comfortable. I'm waiting for her first report :D
 
Love the look, thing about kitchen knives, if you want to test a blade steel or handle material, make a kitchen knife with it, it'll get more use in a day than most hunting knives will all year long.
