This is my first time making a video and my first time using the ASHBM .

For this second video i grabbed the hardest most seasoned piece of birch i could find in the pile.

As a chopper the ASHBMLE wins but as a allround knife i am not so sure. I am possibly leaning towards the ASHBMLE..

The straight handle feels great when chopping with no pinkie bite, being my first straigt handle i struggle a bit with hitting my mark but i bet that with a few hours of use i can cut the time on a log like this in half. :D

awesome video. :cool:

She bites deep. Wedges a little but that is to be expected with such a deep bite.

Id love to see her vs your NMFBM on same piece of wood:thumbup:

Nice video, pretty impressive chopping, looking forward to getting my hands on one of these!

;):D

sorry brother I couldnt resist:thumbup::D

Man she really does bite deep.

Yeah she bites suprisingly deep, also i might add that the piece of birch has been drying out in the sun all summer so it's pretty tough compared to fresh wood

ASHBM FTW!

When you grind almost 1/3" thick stock so thin that it bites into seasoned wood deep enough to bind, THAT'S a cutter.

Great vid, Lennox. :thumbup:

wow. I thought it might be fresh the way it seemed so effortlessly cut.
