First condor knife?

I've been considering getting the condor bushcraft parang lately. I noticed ppl talking about the villiage parang. Besides the sweet leather sheath, what reasons would u have for choosing the villiage over the bushcraft?
 
The hd kukri is a thing of beauty too btw. Not sure how it would handle hard chopping compared to the parang shape though.
