first custom knife

hello Im looking to get my very first custom made
Im looking for a strong steel like m390 or maybe s30v .
with a design like this one http://www.gerbergear.com/Survival/Knives/Bear-Grylls-Paracord-Fixed-Blade_31-001683
with a 4inch blade and of course skeletonize with hole for paracord wrapping.
