So exactly what do you call the grips you chose... regular black canvas micarta? I like them very much. The magnum grips sometimes feel too large in my medium size hand.

Also, how long did it take for your custom KZ to get to you. I was thinking of special ordering a knife and I was curious.

Yeah, regular size machine textured black canvas micarta handles. It was about 8 months i guess, May '11 Jan '12, so if you need your fix fast and don't mind compromising on any particular aspect I'd go to the exchange.

Aw, that's a sweet little cherryhead. Funny, that's the first thing I noticed. I will have one sooner or later. The spur-thighed tort is too big to have inside any more. Aaanyways, that Zilla is pretty spectacular.

He's a good little guy that was a rescue. His owners didn't take care of him well and he lost most of his toes but he's doing great now! I also have a marginated tortoise. I like tortoises but most get so big! These two shouldn't get bigger than footballs which is fine by me. That's awesome that you know that, you must be a herp head too.

Must be on the bottom... I am told turtle tags are only stamped on one side, just like dog tags.
