Here is one of my First Edge folders. It is the original model of folder they first produced. This is a manual action folder but it is extremely smooth and fast on the thumb flick. It uses the proprietary lock, which is a hardened .125" pin that slides into position to lock the blade open. Trust me on this one this is one of the safest and most reliable, as in it won't close on you unless you want it to, folders I've owned. I currently own 4 of these, 2 old school if you will and 2 of the newer ones. The drop point is my preferred edc folder and I have carried the drop point for about 7 months now. This lock is good if not better than the tri-ad lock and I don't say that lightly. I have used this and carried it but it is still in excellent condition. I have the box, and everything that came in the box. 3.25" of Elmax steel and about a 5" handle that has hardened liners, and is very flat carrying in the pocket and I think just about the perfect weight for carrying a folder. It is sharp and it will cut. SOLD AND SHIPPED
