I use a 320 grit belt on my Wilton. Slack belt it and grind it edge down. You'll get a nice apple seed edge that you can buff super sharp but it's not so thin it will chip easily. Take care! Michael

i just use my disc with 320 grit sharpen with edge up first then with edge down so the sharp edge does not cut in to the cork and send the blade hurtling at you or somewhere else,then i buff the burr out ,get a razor edge this way....would be nice if the disc was reversable!!
