I have been conversing, bitching and moaning at Matt Lamey for many years to get to work and quit messing around! He has the knowledge, talent and the best part is that Matt knows exactly what a nice forged knife should LOOK like. HE IS READY! The time spent with Fikes has transformed him into a forging monster!

Buy now while he is still cheap. You won't regret it. I can't wait for my next Lamey knife.

I think Matt's knives stand just fine on their own, no need to give Fikes or anyone else the credit! That part is just an illusion. It's all been done before. No disrespect to Jimmy, but before you know it your mentor will be copying you,... if he can. That's what they do!

yup...i agree. i've got two of Matt's knives: one fighter and one bowie...love them to death and i'm never afraid to use them. they are the best cutters i have.

hey Matt...email me when you get another big fighter or short sword :)
