This one is a lot different from what I normally do, but it was a custom commision by a client that likes to challenge me.Scales are amber stag, steel liners and pivot pin, and deep etched wrought iron bolsters, backspacer and dangler bead.Handle pins are copper and the blade is deep etched, low layer twist damascus that has been carved, sculpted, and textured. Steel was forged by Chad Nichols(with a little help from me).OAL is a little over 8" open, 5" closed(including curl) with a blade length of 3 1/4". Sheath is tooled veg-tan with rattlesnake inlays, mexican basketweave edge lacing and a real buffalo nickle concho. Thanks for looking!

John, that is beautiful! I love the way you filed this one. The touch of copper makes it pop ever so gracefully.

Great Job!

Great work there John... The blade shape and sculpting is kinda like if Appleton did a frontiersman piece if you know what I mean.

That's fantastic! One of the coolest knives I've seen in a long time, and absolutely my favorite friction folder of all time. You have made my day.:thumbup: Thanks!!!
