First Folders

J!!!

Man, only you would make your first two folders look like they were your bread and butter. Those are outstanding. I know what John meant about easing the edges, yours look almost "pocket worn" rather than all sharp edged and techy new. It's a friendly, welcoming look. When you said you were working on folders in the karambit thread I got all antsy to see what you were doing, but this is way beyond my wildest flight of imagination. You can do anything!

When you get tired of that or replace it, how 'bout sending it my way? I'll give it a nice home. (I know, I know, I owe you one already - it's coming, believe me! :D ) (in 2005, for sure! ;) )

Thanks guys, I appreciate the encouragment. I was fortunate not to have too many parts to redo. I did bust one of Tess's scales and went through about 5 bushings before I got that right but aside from that it wasn't too bad. I'll have these at Lewisburg this weekend. Since Kenny Steigerwalt, Ted Moore & Bill Ogden are going to be there as well, I thought it would be a good time to cry for help. Hopefully a can get all the quirks out of these before Blade an have a couple there.....I hope.

Joe, no sheaths. Tess is glad to have a break. :D

Thanks again.

;) now for some switch blades J :D Nice job always nice to have one in the pocket to show off.. :)

Very cool -- your skill is growing in leaps and bounds. Always look forward to seeing what you'll come up with next. :)

Thanks guys. You are all the best support group there is. There's no wait list until I get 'em just right. I'm sure I'll be producing "seconds" for awhile yet. I don't think anyone would want seconds.

Nope, Danny is still a bum. I try to live through him vicariously. :D

J, I totally missed these two. Both look very good! I still don't have the patients to do folders. Looking forward to seeing your next ones......
