• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

First for 2010...

And boy, this one didn't want to be made. This is the third handle I put on it. First was cocobolo, but I got the pin off center. Then I put spalted maple on it, but there was a void in the wood. Finally I said, "Enough of this crap, I'm puttin' micarta on this sucker".

This is the smallest leaf blade I've made, at just under 9" blade length.

Steel is 1086M, guard is 416 SS, forged from round stock. Handle is black canvas micarta.

I'll probably send this one to Coop, once I clean it up a little.

nice looking dagger but I just don't understand what would possess you to put micarta on a beautiful work of art --sorry!! Very nice to see you doing more directions in your work but please consider some alternative before photography and sale Phil.
