First forged blade

Hello all
Not so long ago i seted up my anvil and stump. After a few rainy days, today i had enough nice weather to finish my first forged blade. Thought to show you

All ready to go

Had a nice fire going

I grinded teeth from an old file, the rod that was welded to it brake off, so the next day welded it to an iron bar

If you've got a couple more bricks, you can stack them up to make a top for your forge that will greatly increase your heat and temp control. Like in this pic:

That looks like my first forge! :D I can't go back to stock removal now, forging is just too much fun.

Your blade looks a lot better than mine though...welcome to the journey, and good work.
