I have been interested in knifemaking for as long as I can remember. I have made several of the most crude stock removal knives over the years, but this is the first decent knife I completed.
Forged from a Nicholson file and heat treated in my home made forge. It's scary sharp and the edge seems to hold up very well.
Length 6 3/4"
Blade 3 1/8"
Handle is local walnut with a linseed oil finish.
Pins are cut from copper ground coil
Blade is vinegar etched.
