I just ordered some 3/16" ATS34 and I think I'm going to try it. It will be a heavy mother much like my first balisong build. I'm envisioning something with a waved and partially double edged chisel ground inspired by Steve Ryan, Snody, and WT. It will have the clip mounted on the left hand side for right hand carry to wave on the forward draw into pkal grip.

Sounds cool. What type of blade are you going to make?

Prolly a wharncliff with a recurve tanto looking almost full double edge. The handle slabs will cover the blade when closed.
