Up for grabs is an old school Swamp Rat Howling Rat with brown Res-C handles. The knife is 3/16" thick at the spine, sports a 4.5" blade, and is 9" overall. The bead blast finish on the SR-101 blade is care of Swamp Rat Knife Works Custom Shop. The knife has seen a little use and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this knife at all. It is a one of a kind Swamp Rat.
The knife will come with the pictured high quality brown leather right-handed sheath made by an unknown maker. There is a "B" or heart shape makers mark on the back of the sheath, but I am not familiar with who may have made it. The sheath appears to have been made for this knife. It fits perfectly, holds the knife very securely, and is in excellent condition.
Physicist and knife guru Cliff Stamp once did a very thorough review of a Howling Rat and was very impressed with it. You can find his review online easily enough if you choose to look for it. If you cannot find it, PM me and I will send you a link.
This incredible knife and sheath can be yours for $259 shipped CONUS with payment by USPS MO or personal check. We can talk about PP if you wish to pay by that method. The first unequivocal "I'll take it!" here in this thread gets it.
The only trade interest I have at this time is for a SR Rattlehawk.
