This one started as a tractor saw blade...

Looks great! I like it alot! Leaving the roughness on the blade really gives it character.:thumbup:

Do you have more pics, like of the spine and the other side of the knife? Is it scandi grind, or beveled on both sides?

The handles are made from some bodark (bois d'arc) that we cut from a tree down by the turtle pond. I convexed the blade because I wasn't sure how to do anything else by hand! Strat RP#924
 
I really love that raw steel look with all the pits and patina along the spine. Beauty in simplicity. Awesome.
