First Hidden Tang

Well, I have made a few full tangs and I figured I'd try a hidden tang. What do you guys think?

9" Overall
4.5" O-1 tool blade
Presentation Walnut from the butt of a gun stock for the handle
Guard and butt-cap is stainless

I think this is knife #12

Looks very good. Really nice finish and good looking wood handle. Personally, I don't really like the look of the buttcap but, maybe that's just me.

Overall GREAT Job! I agree with Dustin the butt cap seems to throw the flow a lil off. I suggest grinding it flush with the handle. Good Job again

The guy I made this for wanted the butt cap like that. If it was for myself, I would agree with ya'll and cut it off.
