Well, I explained the WEPS. Depending on how dull the blade is, the Sharpmaker will simply take a while. It's not bad for touch ups...maybe 15 minutes.
WorkSharp is the captain, and all the other knife sharpeners are deck hands. IMHO. I own a Galco, Edge Pro (both versions), SharpMaker (every rod sold), Norton IM 300, KME, and others. The WorkSharp is hands down the winner, for me. Faster, easier, foolproof, (if you can follow instructions), repeatable.
