First kitchen knife

Im no expert on what the correct term of this blade would be..

Specs

01 tool steel hardened at ~60RC
3/32'' stock
two tone acid stone wash
black micarta scales with blue liner
OAL 10 3/4''
Cutting edge 5 3/4''

The blade is not perfect as i am still leaning but the thing is sharp and i am confident in my heat treat.

I love that blade shape. Reminds me a lot of my first knife. I'd call it a pretty standard Santoku.

Was the sharpness video on your IG of this knife?
