Well here it is. My first knife. 6 1/8" OAL, blade 2 3/4", ATS 34 steel heat treated @ TKS, green canvas micarta handles, flat grind.
one million dollars shipped anywhere.;):D j.k.

To be honest when the steel arrived at my door I thought what the hell did I just spend my money on? What the hell was I thinking? When I started seeing this piece of steel forming and looking like an actual knife, well it was kind if exciting. Only thing I am having trouble is putting an edge to it. I tried it on my belt grinder but its too fast and did'nt want to over heat it. I am puting a 40 degree bevel whith my sharp maker soit should be a while. Anyways, I want to that every body here in this forum for your help and advise. I really enjoyed making this little guy and it won't be the last one I make. That's for sure.

Nice little knife you got there...looks like it'd be the perfect size for an EDC. :D

Its rough around the edges, but I learned a whole lot and hope to get better with each one. Thanks for the compliments.

Now you've done it. You can't make just one! I get the feeling you're hooked...welcome to the insanity!

BTW, that looks a helluva lot better than my first attempt.

Excellent! If that's your first knife, you are in for one hell of a ride. :D Have fun and thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see what's next.
