First Knife of 2007

A good way to start the year off. Completed my first knife of the year.

Framelock Folder

Specs:

Blade: D2 Tool Steel @ 61 Rc, Hand rubbed satin finish, Thumb grooves on ramp, Ground swedge, Checkered thumb stud
Frame: Textured titanium, anodized dark gold and blue, engine turned inside
Hardware: Stainless steel standoffs and screws
Clip: Anodized titanium, reversible for tip up or tip down carry
Onlay: Creamy mammoth ivory
Open length: 8 1/4"
Closed length: 4 11/16"

That's a knockout. Hope you started it in 2006 and finished it in 07. Cause if that was done beginning-to-end in 2007.... I may just give up hope

I appreciate all the nice comments. I hope to move my knifemaking in another direction this year. More folders and more automatics than in the past. The older I get the more things I want to get done but there are just so many hours in a day.
