First Knife Steel too thick solutions

Excellent idea skeaterbait using Cletus for lateral stability, but this boils down to the fact that Cletus and wheels don't mix, I fear that once we get up to 50 or 60mph Cletus's skates will go in opposite directions and he will suffer a catastrophic groin injury

However adding outriggers and and a set of handle bars might be something to think about ;0)
 
If you taper the tang and put a distal taper on the blade that would be pretty slick and balance well...
 
Make sure Cletus is tied to the block so he doesn't fall off and burn his own ass. Cement blocks are hard to ride when you go thru S turns. Don't ask how I know.

Cletus is an old hand at road rash (started in his tricycle days) I doubt he would hardly notice ;0)
