First kydex holster and press

Hey guys, so after making my first knife (which can be found here) I was thinking of making a kydex sheath for it. (sorry for the crappy phone pics, it was all I had)

So friday I started with making a kydex press from wood.

As you can see it isn't very big, but it is big enough for me. I can always make another one if needed .
So with that finished I started with the kydex sheath. Dont have a lot of pictures, just some of halfway and some of it finished.

Here it came right out the press:

Here are the two halves split, the defects you see in the piece on top are probably from air bubbles underneath the tape.

That sharp bend where the sheath meets the attachment point is going to break quickly.

@centennial, yep I know. However I wont use the sheath (and the knife) very often, so it wont see heavy usage. That's why I decided to take the risk and the fact that at this stage everything I make is for practice.

Here is a picture of my workspace after finishing the sheath, should I clean everything?
