First Look - KSF Large Courier Belt Sheath

I now have the large and small courier belt sheath plus the large and small pocket pouch. I know...all my Northwood knives come in a moccasin pouch. But I find the moccasin pouch to be bulky in the pocket. So I store my knives in the supplied moccasin pouch, and carry them in either the belt sheath or pocket pouch. The colors of my sheaths may not look like the store photos as I treat all my leather products with Lexol.

Those look like you are using them! That's what they are for.

You have both the large and small--I have almost quit using my small because the large one works very well for the small knives too. It seems to be the universal one for me.

The pocket slip is great. Especially if you hang by a cord into your pocket. The belt pouch looks a little large for what it does. I much prefer the simple belt slip that [another non-BF member] sells.

Arrived today, my KSF pocket sheath...nice leather, well constructed, and can accommodate a folder up to 5" long...

I may have to get one of these so I can carry my two-blade #23 more easily. Looks like a great belt pouch.

For a pocket sheath, I really like my KSF Main Street, but also wanted a belt sheath, so I found exactly what I wanted for $20.00 and said what the hey; should be here next week some time. What I like about this one it comes in 5 color choices, and 3 belt width options, and two sizes and are readily available. Mine is the dark brown sized for most traditional folders (not SAK's) less than 4".

I find the small pocket slip the perfect carrier for my Norfolk Whittler. And I do tend to use the larger sheath for most of my other knives, as you do - with the possible exception being the Bullet Jack. Though the small sheath isn't really small, the leather is quite thick, which makes for a very protective pocket slip. But all that leather makes the usable room inside somewhat limited. So I can see your point about the large being the universal pocket slip.

Who makes these or where can they be found? Very nice. Pocket space is running our for me and this would be nice.

Can you PM me that info as well, I'd like to pick up one of these vertical belt sheaths and give it a try.

These kinds of questions should be asked via PM, VM or email. Thanks.
