First meeting USAF Recruiter

Good luck. Is the knee 100%? You'll be O.K. in the Air Force if it's good to go. I was in weapons school at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in '81 and when we went out for a 5 mile run in utilities the Air Force was playing frisbee! :D

Should be! Had acl reconstruction in feb... It'll be about a year from the surgery I go to meps. I've played football on it and it run in combat boots quite a bit in the woods.
 
When I was in school in NAS Pensacola we shared a barracks with the AF. They told us they weren't allowed to sleep on the top bunk or go outside when it was thundering. Lol.

Funny!

When I was in Iraq an AF Lieutenant was bawling out an Airman for WALKING ON THE ROCKS INSTEAD OF THE SIDEWALK BECAUSE HE COULD TWIST AN ANKLE! (The sidewalks were put in by the AF after the Marines and Army turned the base over.)

The Lieutenant continued, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE!?!?!"
"YES SIR! WE ARE THE AIR FORCE AND WE DO NOT GO TO WAR UNLESS WE ARE 100% SAFE!"
The LT had to turn and nearly run away to hide his laughter.
